FAQ

How far do you deliver?

Our box trucks service the greater Orlando area including, but not limited to, the following counties: Seminole, Orange, Lake, Brevard, Osceola, Volusia and Polk.

Is there a minimum order or a delivery fee?

We do have a $400 minimum and a $40 delivery fee. This delivery fee includes our drivers unloading your items and putting them away in your barn. This minimum can be met with any item we sell such as fly spray.

Do you only deliver hay?

We will deliver any item we sell - excluding live animals or refrigerated items.

Can you place blocks in pastures?

We do not have the ability to place pasture blocks or bales into your pasture. We can deliver them to your barn but you will have to place them yourself.

When can you deliver?

We have structured routes for our trucks and are in different areas of town on different days. Please give us a call to find out when we are in your area next. Order must be placed two days prior to your scheduled delivery day.

How big is the truck?

We utilized 32' long box trucks that require a 14' height clearance. These trucks are a bit larger than a standard delivery truck (like UPS or FedEx) and need a little bit more vertical clearance. Please notify us when placing your order if there are any low hanging power lines, tree branches, septic tanks, etc that our drivers will need to be aware of to safely access your property.

Do I need to be present to accept delivery?

You do not need to be present at time of delivery. Most clients like to be present for the very first delivery to explain to our drivers where product needs to be placed but it is not at all mandatory.

How do I place an order?

We do ask you give us a call for your first delivery. This will give us the opportunity to set up your customer profile and document delivery instructions.
